WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION?
To participate in the promotion you must purchase at least 2 qualifying Cadbury products in the selected shops. Any 2 of them! You can choose your 2 favourites! The purchase must be done between the 01/07/2024 and the 30/09/2024, both inclusive.
Remember to keep your receipt!
Once you have done so, register your purchase at www.travelwithcadbury.com by 15/10/2024.
Make sure you fill in all the fields in the registration form and upload a legible photo of your receipt, clearly showing the date and number of products purchased so that we can validate your registration correctly.
WHAT IS THE REWARD?
The reward consists of a £200 reward code to redeem for hotel discounts on Travel Credits. Travel Credits is a hotel booking platform with over 700,000 hotels worldwide.
You can use your credit to get discounts on your hotel bookings.
You can take up to 20% off each booking. Please note that if you don't use all your credit at once, you can still use it on future bookings!
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REWARD?
Once you register your purchase at www.travelwithcadbury.com, our team will review your participation within 15 working days. If it’s valid, you’ll receive by e-mail your username and pin to redeem your reward at www.travelcredits.com.
Don’t forget to check your spam folder, your reward might be there!
I HAVE REGISTERED AND RECEIVED A USERNAME AND AN ACCESS PIN. WHAT IS THIS?
Don't worry! To access your Travel Credits profile, you will need to enter your username (reward code) along with the pin you received. This will give you access to Travel Credits and the variety of hotel stays available. You can also use this combination of username and pin to check the bookings you have made or contact our customer service team.
You can use this combination to make a booking or check your previous ones. You won’t need to create an account!
I HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED MY REWARD. HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION?
It's easy! Simply go to https://en-gb.travelcredits.com/ and enter your ’Username’ and ’Pin’ when prompted.
Once you have successfully logged in, you can search for your desired hotel. Select your room type and make payment.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking but you can always check it by accessing your profile.

To participate in the promotion, you need to purchase at least 2 qualifying Cadbury products in any of the 10 Duty Free shops included in the promotion:

Remember only receipts from the included Duty Free will be eligible to resister for the reward.
CAN I USE MY RECEIPT SEVERAL TIMES TO GET MORE REWARDS?
No, each receipt can only be used once, regardless of the number of products you have purchased. In other words, one valid receipt with at least 2 Cadbury products is equal to one reward.
If you make a different purchase of at least another 2 qualifying Cadbury products listed in the promotion on a different receipt, you will be able to register for two rewards. All you have to do is make two valid entries at www.travelwithcadbury.com and that's it!
CAN I CANCEL A BOOKING I HAVE ALREADY MADE?
Only bookings marked as refundable can be cancelled. Please make sure you check this before paying for your booking.
Remember that you can filter when searching for your hotel stay to only view those that are refundable.
If it is refundable, you need to request a cancellation on your booking at least 3 working days before the date of your stay.

To resolve any query, complaint or incident in the process of participating in the promotion, the participant may contact the Consumer Service Department of the promotion by sending an e-mail to hello@travelwithcadbury.com.
The Customer Service Department will be available on the following days and times:
- Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 5.30 pm.
- No service: Weekends, national holidays, local holidays in London, Christmas and New Year.
